Noble Park features 145 acres, tennis courts, picnic areas, playgrounds.

Lighted courts open to public year-round as available. Six lighted tennis courts, 4 lighted full-length basketball courts, 8 boys/girls baseball/softball fields, Junior Olympic-size outdoor swimming pool, skatepark, 20 picnic shelters, tables and grills, outdoor amphitheater, a handicapped accessible nature trail, the Megasaurus playland, the Park Avenue playground.

This park also contains the Anna Baumer Community Center and the Arts and Crafts Buildings (both rental facilities).

The Civic Center is located just outside the park beside the Indian sculpture "Wacinton".  Several of the shelters are also available to rent.

Brooks Stadium is an outstanding facility to host a baseball tournament. The Stadium offers a neutral site, total crowd control, on-site bathrooms with handicap access, adjacent parking with handicap parking. The historic minor league stadium was built by J. Polk Brooks, who constructed the ballpark in 1948. Brooks was Vice President of the Mississippi-Ohio Valley League while his team was active in their league. Brooks Stadium was the home of the Paducah Chiefs, a minor-league affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals.

Chief Paduke Gun Club is home of the Kentucky Lake Open Skeet Shoot-one of the NSSA's top 100 shoots of the year. The facility is located in West Paducah and features four NSSA regulation skeet fields. They are open to the public and new shooters are always welcome.
